You were just ushered into a large park by a murder of loud and insistent crows who somehow manage to get the gate shut behind you before they fly off. The park is awfully green for such a dead-looking town. It's dusk, and things are starting to get a little noisy at the edge of the tall iron fence that surrounds the area. There are gazebos, cobblestone pathways, gentle slopes, and of course, the lake and the island with the large, dead tree. It's full of crows, and if you stare at them, they'll all stare back. Feel free to take a load off on one of the many iron and wood benches, but the gates to the city are closed!
This does not, however, mean you are barred from ghost-watching as night progresses. Remember, they won't see you!
Issikanor | OC
They left him with his ragged clothes, tattered around the sleeves and edges, his boots looking like they had been over the surface of an entire planet, flecked with old blood and smelling of coolant. He had kept his mask, a simple yellow mask with a smile on it. It was pointed at the bottom and curved around the top, revealing nearly nothing of his face. His normally purple eyes were hidden with the material used around the eyes, while he could still see clearly. His black hair and the sides of his gray cheeks were clear as day. He had dark gray skin and his suit was navy blue, with the yellow mask a garish addition. The mask? A piece of plastic. But for him it was a ward. They had taken his love, so his only item of comfort was this thin piece of plastic.
A human might mistake him for a shambling corpse. He was not. He was an Issidore, a human-like alien. His teeth were sharp, having evolved from carnivores, and his skin gray. For him though he felt like he was nothingness, so he certainly shambled like he was a zombie. But he approached the tree to stare up into the branches, debating if he wanted to talk with the God of the Crows. He needed a crystal.
He needed unity.]
I wonder if anyone knows a good way to barter.

Great costume. Getting ready for Halloween early? [Though she sounds sarcastic while she speaks, the small smile she wears after she's done talking betrays her. It is a really cool costume.]

It is not a costume. The mask is to ward evil and the suit, well.
[He looks down at it, patting a bit of the dust out.]
I haven't gotten a fresh change of clothes in a while. That I would like to fix. I'm Issikanor.

[A pause as she considers his inquiry about bartering...]
So what kind of things are you looking to trade for?
no subject
A crystal of mine. It's something important to my people.

Really...
What kind of powers? Teleportation!? Telekinesis!? Fire starting!!??
no subject
Mostly Telekinesis and empathy powers. I was learning some more complicated powers that we call Seer Powers, which some of which allow for teleportation, but no, I never managed it myself. I'll admit I never was the best psychic until late in my life.

Louise leans against the tree trunk, arms crossed.]
Huh. So I guess it's real important you get that crystal back.
